It is always a good situation when we are able to convince others that they should do something for us. Usually it is connected with a fact that we have to pay for such favor. But that´s not profitable at all and I don´t see the point of such activity. The real good situation happens when you convince someone to do the thing that you want for three. It is as if you got a product for free or got a service that you needed without paying for it. That would be great but the fact is that it is almost impossible. That is why when you have a company, you have to pay your workers for the work they are performing for you. No one would like to work for free. Recently I have created a new company. My workers are supposed to sell gold. Obviously I have to pay but I have come up with a great idea. The amount of money they will get depends on how many gold they have sold. This way I only pay them for their real work. After all there is always a possibility that my worker wouldn´t sell gold at all and yet I would be forced to pay him for this. This way I am able to avoid this kind of situation and I have a complete control over my workers. What do you think about this idea? Would you be interested in working for me?
