Due to reordering of my firm"s server structure I decided to buy required equipment and rack accessories. It is nothing new that I used internet auctions as a main source of getting these accessories and now I must say I regret it. While the workers were changing the old servers to new ones I was surfing on the internet and looking for the best and cheapest rack accessories. After a few hours I found what I was looking for. An internet electronic shop was selling what I needed for good prices with a guarantee that the product will be sent by the post very quickly and for free. I decided to buy the rack accessories from this seller almost immediately. Now I know I should have considered it more carefully. So I paid for the product and I ordered my workers to prepare the place for new equipment, that is by removing the old one. I was sure that next day I would have the brand new accessories and that quickly my firm"s servers would be working. But after two days of waiting I wrote a message with a question why the products that I bought are not here in my office and the owner of the website wrote me back that he sent the package the same day I paid for the product. It has been now three months from this fatal day and one thing that is sure is that the post office lost my package and that due to the long reclamation process I am still waiting to get my money back. Meanwhile I bought all the equipment I needed in local electronic shop using more traditional methods of buying.
