I believe that as a parent I have to trust my children. There is no other option. If you want to raise your children properly you should show them that you believe in their actions and that you respect them. Otherwise they will lack the respect for you as well. I think that you would rather like to avoid it, am I right? Anyway, this is only my opinion about it and I am sure that as a parent you have your own point of view. That^s OK. Recently I went with my wife on vacation and we left our children alone. They are old enough to take care of themselves if you know what I mean. I was sure that they are not going to do anything stupid. I am not out of my mind and I am sure that they have organized some kind of party while we were gone but that^s OK. The problem is that when we came back we couldn^t find our merino wool duvet. Me and my wife were a little bit surprised. Why would someone throw it away? Even if something wrong happened and it was destroyed or stained, they could have done something about it or told us. But what^s the point of throwing it out? I have no idea. I hope that one day they will explain it to me as I would really like to find it out. How about you? Do you find it interesting as well or not?
